Robert Julian King

Mr. Julian "Jules" King, 40, of North Augusta passed away Monday, April 11, 2022. He worked at Grovetown Feed & Seed off and on since he was 15 years old until last year. Julian also worked for Fulghum Fibers, Inc for 16 years and began a career with AFLAC just a few months ago. He worked at the Augusta National during Masters week for many years. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and enjoyed attending games with his family. Growing up, Julian was always following his Dad, spending time with him at every moment possible. From a very young age he showed cows and worked on the farm. They both thoroughly enjoyed fishing and hunting together. Julian loved spending time at the beach, especially fishing for Redfish. Julian is survived by his parents, Judy and Robert King; sister and brother-in-law, Lydia and Will Manning; precious niece and nephew, Savannah and Tony Manning; additional extended family members; and his four legged companion and best friend, Seamus. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2 - 4 PM at Starling Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Wadley City Cemetery, Wadley, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Columbia County Humane Society, 6100 Columbia Rd., Grovetown GA 30813 in Julian's memory. GO DAWGS!
