Albert Wilbur Hollimon Jr.

March 21, 1935 - November 6, 2020

Albert Wilbur Hollimon, Jr., 85, loving husband of 62 years of Henrietta Hollimon, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 6, 2020. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, November 9, 2020, in the Adams Chapel Cemetery, Dearing, Ga. with the Reverend Bobby W. Renew officiating. Mr. Hollimon was born in Dearing, Georgia to the late Albert Wilbur Hollimon, Sr. and Carolyn Russell Hollimon. He was an Army Veteran and retired as an Insurance Agent with Gulf Life after 40 years of service. He enjoyed fishing and he loved his family. Left to cherish his memory are, his wife, Henrietta Hollimon; three sons, Albert Wilbur Hollimon, III (Cindy), Terrell Hollimon (Amanda) and Matthew Hollimon; one daughter, Cathy Coleman (Edward); two brothers, Larry Hollimon (Maggie) and George Hollimon (Darlene); three sisters, Juanita Johnson, Clara McNair, and Ann Bloodworth; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Lewis, Lynn, Mozelle and Linda. We ask all guests and family members attending the services to practice social distancing and if medically able, wear a mask.
